Senior Training Officer – Rider Training (Last Mile Delivery)

Job Description: Role Purpose Responsible for designing and personally delivering rider training focused on pre-work readiness, basic safety awareness, and delivery system usage, ensuring riders are ready before starting work. Training & Curriculum Design and maintain rider training programs, materials, and simple assessments covering readiness, safety, and system usage, with regular updates based on system and operational changes. Training Delivery Personally conduct training sessions and hands-on practice, clearly explaining processes and system usage in a rider-friendly manner, and supporting riders during training. Rider Readiness & Safety Train new riders before deployment, ensure understanding of work requirements and basic safety, and confirm readiness prior to the first day of work. System Training Train riders to use delivery systems and mobile applications correctly, support new system rollouts, and reduce system-related errors in daily operations. Training Performance Management & Team Leadership Monitor training outcomes and rider readiness, drive continuous improvement through data insights, and manage the training team to ensure quality and consistency. Job Specification: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Operations, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in training delivery and facilitation, with the ability to personally conduct hands-on training sessions. Experience in designing training programs, curricula, or training materials for frontline or operational roles. Experience in system or application training for non-technical users is highly preferred. Experience working in logistics, delivery operations, or last mile environments is an advantage. Ability to use training and operational data to track readiness and improve training effectiveness. Comfortable leading a training team and working closely with operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
