Dry Bulk Chartering Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and management of dry bulk business, including the import and export of coal, grain, ore, and other goods. Responsible for formulating chartering plans for full shiploads, conducting cost accounting and feasibility analysis, mainly for Handy/Supramax and Panamax vessels. Responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and signing chartering contracts with shipowners or cargo owners, and closely cooperating with various departments of the company to implement the contracts. Responsible for developing and maintaining resources related to cargo owners, shipowners, and brokers. Collecting and analyzing market information for dry bulk and general cargo shipping. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in logistics or international trade; fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages. Minimum 3 years of related work experience, preferably as an operator, familiar with the international dry bulk charter market; ability in market expansion and business negotiation with a deep understanding of the shipping industry. Familiar with chartering and cargo solicitation business negotiations, contract terms and execution, and operational coordination. Familiar with shipping operations and industry practices, as well as relevant coastal maritime regulations and maritime law.
