Job Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily financial transaction (such as e-commerce report, credit card payment, e-wallet payment). Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records. Key in supplier invoice and monthly utilities bills. Preparation and update financial statements and general ledger. Support audit and financial review as needed. Coordinate with outlet Supervisor / Manager / person in charge for daily sales and checking sales report. Handle any task assigned by immediate superior or company management from time to time Job Requirements: Possess at least a LCCI, Diploma in Accountancy or professional qualification in Accounting. Has prior experience in the FMCG or retail industry. Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Good in leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and minima supervision. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (Auto-Count system) Personal attributes: analytical, meticulous with an eye for details and ability to think logically.
