Ensure execution of Company/Region plan strategy & policy related to sales, pricing, product line up, credit terms, Execution standards, stock holding, FEFO, manage route optimization Working along with RTM, Sales Capability, ADM, RSM and distributor to develop and ensure sufficient infrastructure/investment required by sales growth opportunities as per market needs and develop the efficient and viable routes Convert the Areas’ objectives to actionable plans for ADE, Route Supervisors and Distributors Conduct monthly distributor review and health-check to identify opportunity to improve business result and identify gap vs JBP. Provide ongoing coaching to all direct report within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives Monitor and review distributor performance such as route performance and delivery service level Monitor and review team’s performance as stated in PDR, develop people, facing to performance management. Responsibilities and take care benefit of distributor such as claim budget tracking, Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Way of Working such as instore execution, Work With , Field Work, 1 with 1 and Gate Meetings. Develop strong relationship with Distributor and Local Key Accounts within the Area Ensure FMO and Trade marketing programs are executed as planned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required Experience 5-10 years in leading FMCG, or Beverage Strong sales skills ideally with prior experience in FMCG & retail Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy Good understanding of all business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics) Good team management skill on projects and business partners Managerial skills, well organized, self-motivated, and leadership Good coaching and training skills
