Key responsibilities Standardize business unit sales tracking, reporting, dashboard development, ad-hoc analysis Design, develop and automate the process and tools in support of performance monitoring and MIS reporting that are aligned with various business KPIs Support the end-to-end customer campaigns execution and call list generation by gathering business requirements, providing the campaign sizing, lead generation, A/B test, and performance tracking Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT team and data engineers to automate collection processes Assist in monitoring and evaluating ongoing initiatives' effectiveness and impact (e.g. marketing campaigns) Provide recommendations based on the analytical data, market research Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to support customer segmentation, lead generation, campaign optimization, customer retention, and business decision-making About you Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in campaign management & lead generation Banking or insurance industry exposure is preferred Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Data engineering skills (Python, R, SAS, SQL, etc.) Dashboard skills (Power BI & Tableau, etc.) Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
