We are looking for a Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist) (WFH) to join our team! About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Senior HR Executive to own the full employee lifecycle within our organization. This role is responsible for recruitment, payroll oversight, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records, while playing a key role in shaping a positive and engaged workplace culture. The role also involves leading employee engagement initiatives, guiding HR processes and best practices, and providing sound judgment on day-to-day HR matters. We're looking for someone who is organized, discreet, and confident handling a broad range of HR functions with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee employee payroll & payments processing and ensure timely, accurate payslip distribution - Manage administrative functions such as invoicing and data tabulation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Lead job postings across OnlineJobs, Indeed, Seek, and other recruitment platforms - Own end-to-end recruitment: shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding new hires - Draft, review, and issue employee contracts and HR-related correspondence - Monitor and manage employee leave, attendance, allowances, and other benefits - Serve as a point of escalation for employee concerns, coordinating with Reporting Officers to resolve issues effectively - Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and celebrations - Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, leave accruals, payroll data, and confidential HR files - Administer and oversee employee benefits, allowances, and incentive computations (e.g., Cadence) - Partner with the HR Manager on policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement - Ensure ongoing compliance with Philippine labor laws for onsite PH employees - Perform other duties as delegated Requirements: - 3+ years of proven HR experience covering recruitment, payroll, labor law compliance, and employee relations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field required - Strong organizational and leadership skills with high attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Proven ability to resolve payroll and HR issues promptly and professionally - Strong discretion and integrity in handling confidential information - Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment - Familiarity with attendance/HR systems such as TimeDoctor/Timeproof preferred - Familiar with Monday.com and Slack - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tabulation) and MS Office Working Days and Hours: - Full-time basis – 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri) - Working hours: 10 am to 6:30 pm PH Time (30-minute lunch break) - 14 days of Paid Annual Leave and Paid Public Holiday Benefits (all major Philippine holidays) included
