About the role This role sits right next to the founder. As we sign up brands and resellers, you'll be the person who turns each new partner from a first meeting into a signed, live deal — and works out whether the economics actually make sense. Part in the room with partners, part in the spreadsheet. Key responsibilities Join partner and reseller meetings, and capture what each deal needs Coordinate all the contract paperwork — from term sheet to signature — and keep every deal moving Work with our lawyers to shepherd contracts through drafting, review, and execution Review brand and reseller agreements, flagging commercial terms, risks, and inconsistencies Build and pressure-test the commission and unit-economics models for each partner — and figure out which structures work Keep legal, finance, partners, and internal teams aligned to get deals from handshake to live About you An analytical background — investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or commercial / BD analytics Strong financial modelling — you can build a clean deal model from scratch and stress-test it Comfortable reading commercial contracts and working with lawyers (you don't need to be one) Confident in front of partners — you can sit in a negotiation and represent the company well Highly organised, able to run several deals and stakeholders in parallel Forward-thinking and tech-fluent — you use new tools, especially AI, to work faster and sharper Comfortable with the ambiguity and ownership of an early-stage company Professional Thai and English About us Prompt Money is a device-financing startup, built in partnership with one of the largest IT distributors in Thailand.
