About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join GR 's Group for 3 companies under same management team Thai Plasto Recycling in MabYangPorn, RaYong. GR International Co., Ltd. - Bangpakong, ChaChengSao GR Plasto Co., Ltd. - LadTaKhieng, Prachinburi This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing our human resources strategy across the organisation. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, developed, and aligned with our company's vision and objectives. This role is integral to our business success and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisational culture and performance. Key responsibilities Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and onboarding Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters Overseeing employee relations and conflict resolution Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborating with the leadership team to shape the company culture and employee engagement initiatives Handle Social Security Office registrations, declarations and monthly reporting Prepare visa extension and work permit files, and manage related renewals Run payroll: salary and overtime checks, PND1 reporting, new contract setup, personal insurance and staff files Prepare and submit temporary work permits for visiting staff Design and maintain competitive salary structures, benefits programs, grading frameworks, and compensation philosophies across different functions and seniority levels. Manage employee relations, performance management, promotions, salary reviews, disciplinary matters, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution. Handle foreign national payroll aligned with work permit and tax residency status Handle the visa and work permit process of foreign nationals for Board of investment single window , help the foreign nationals for the other related documents like revenue registration ,personal income tax filing , opening of bank accounts, 3 months verification in immigration Handle the visa and work permit process of foreign national for NON BOI companies Have the good knowledge of Thai labour law and rules Handle the documentation of migrant workers from Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia for registration into the companies Having the good knowledge of safety procedures of the employees and factory Check the insurance of assets and employees , uniform of employees Any other work related to the HR manager and safety officer What we're looking for A minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience in a similar role within a commercial or industrial environment , Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, employment regulations, and compliance requirements Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organisational levels Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to details , Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications A collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business growth Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken What we offer At GR's Group, we are committed to creating a rewarding and supportive work environment where our employees can thrive.
