The Finance Transformation Lead is responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives across the Fibers business, driving the transition, standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of finance processes within a global shared services environment. The role will partner closely with regional finance teams, manufacturing sites, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and well-controlled Record-to-Report (R2R) processes while supporting business growth and operational excellence. This position requires a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong leadership capabilities, deep SAP expertise, and proven experience managing large-scale finance transformation programs in multinational manufacturing organizations. Key Responsibilities Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process transitions, standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across the Fibers business. Drive Record-to-Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely month-end close, accurate financial reporting, and management reporting (Blue Book/MIS). Leverage SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC to improve reporting, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Develop standardized finance processes, strengthen internal controls, and identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Partner with Regional Finance Managers, Plant Controllers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective finance solutions and drive business performance. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing shared services finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful execution of finance transformation projects across multiple geographies. Monitor key performance metrics and ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and financial reporting standards. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 12–15 years of progressive finance experience within multinational organizations. Proven experience leading finance teams of at least 10 professionals. Extensive experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environments. Strong track record leading finance transformation, process migration, and post-transition optimization initiatives. Experience within complex, multi-product manufacturing organizations operating across multiple geographies. Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, financial reporting, management reporting, and process governance. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC is essential. Experience with Workday or other Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems is an advantage.
