As an Sales Development Representative, you will be at the heart of the sales engine for FARO CREAFORM. From qualifying leads to coordinating product demonstrations and supporting Account Managers, your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and energized by working with innovative technologies in an international environment. Within the Sales department at FARO CREAFORM, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams. You will act as a true brand ambassador, helping customers discover the value of FARO CREAFORM’s technologies while developing a strong professional network. Here’s what we offer you: A dynamic and collaborative sales environment Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions Opportunities to grow your sales skills and career within an international organization Ongoing training and development A human, stimulating, and results-driven company culture The chance to play a visible role in the growth of FARO CREAFORM Key responsibilities Qualify incoming leads and proactively contact potential customers Provide relevant product information and schedule product demonstrations Coordinate demonstration requirements and schedules with potential customers and Account Managers Support lead generation through cold calling, referrals, tradeshows, local events, and market research, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams Work closely with Account Managers and Regional Managers to move opportunities forward and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales cycle Monitor the installed customer base, proactively reach out to customers to propose maintenance contract renewals, and ensure successful deal closure Participate in tradeshows and local events to qualify and capture new leads Act as an ambassador of the FARO CREAFORM brand and develop a strong network for business development and local marketing initiatives Profile we’re looking for Degree in business administration or marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience Fluent English Experience in sales or customer support within an international company is considered an asset Strong interest in customer support and/or sales Experience using CRM software is a strong asset Knowledge or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or metrology is an asset Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers Well organized, responsible, and resourceful Energetic, positive, and approachable personality Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
