We are looking for a creative and passionate Art Director / Senior Art Director to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, love developing impactful campaigns, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you. 📌 Portfolio required (please include in your application) Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and visual solutions together with Copywriters, Strategic Planners, Account Managers, and other creative team members. Lead the visual direction of campaigns across digital and offline platforms. Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate and sell creative ideas to clients. Maintain and strengthen brand identities for clients and agency projects. Supervise production and post-production processes for creative materials. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools. Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within an advertising agency. Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and advertising trends. Excellent portfolio demonstrating outstanding visual design and creative thinking. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills. Experience managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Nice to Have Experience working on campaigns in relevant industries. Proven success in developing and executing award-winning campaigns. Knowledge of AI prompting and AI-powered visual content generation tools.
