Position : Researcher – Smart Water Management & AI Integration Project Overview & Responsibilities This project investigates the integration of Smart Water Management systems. You will address the industry gap of inadequate real-time monitoring and explore deployment strategies within major consumer markets in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for: - Deploying AI-powered solutions to optimize real-time water monitoring. - Analysing data and creating framework models for market implementation in HK. - In addition to the assigned research scopes as stipulated, the candidate shall take supervisory role on supporting of the company research tasks and fund applications as instructed by his/her supervisor. Technical Skills Required - Programming: High proficiency in Python (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). - Protocols: Experience with MQTT and HTTP. - Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure. Target Qualifications We welcome applicants holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in the following (or closely related) fields: - BSc (Hons) in Computer Science - BEng in Financial Technology (FinTech) - BEng in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (SEEM) - BHScN (Bachelor of Health Sciences in Nursing / relevant health informatics background) What We Offer Opportunity to work on impactful, real-world sustainability and AI projects.
