Account Executive (Fresh Graduates)

Manage Invoices: Handle data entry for account payable and receivable invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Supplier and Customer Relations: Match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes for suppliers, and with packing lists for customers. Payment Processing: Prepare payments for suppliers and generate collection vouchers for customers. Reconciliation and Analysis: Maintain bank books, reconcile statements, and analyze expenses. Asset Management: Handle fixed assets, BG listings, and stock takes. Who are they looking for? Accounting Skills: A degree in accounting with a knack for detail and accuracy. ERP System Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems for seamless data entry and processing. Language Proficiency: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, especially Mandarin, for client interactions. No Experience Barrier: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
