Business Development Manager

To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are looking for high caliber professional to join our team. Responsibilities: Develop and executive approved business plans and brand strategies, with the aim to achieve revenue targets via quality operations, customer service, market expansion, and aggressive marketing efforts Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plan to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget Manage day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the Standard Operations Procedures to maximise sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service Oversee the business with full P&L responsibility, sales & marketing strategy formulation and implementation, identify business opportunities and risk, maximise brand awareness and foster market development Establish and manage an efficient operation team and standardized operation to achieve overall KPIs & business targets Keep abreast of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of market Requirements: Degree or Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines 8 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in Retail Chained Store, in which over 3 years in managerial level Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit, retain, motivate and develop a team Manage multiple stakeholders to produce an outcome within agreed deadline Highly organised with excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen Self-motivated and able to work independently Good communication & interpersonal skills in spoken & written English and Chinese Good command of computer literacy in Chinese word proceeding, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Immediate available is highly preferred We offer benefits: Annual Leave (14-20 days) Double Pay Performance Bonus Group Medical Birthday Leave & Benefits Marriage Leave Study sponsorship Interested parties may send your detailed resume with expected salary and notice period by clicking "Apply Now".
