Key Responsibilities Finance Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including basic bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash handling. Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other basic financial documents. Handle employee expense and reimbursement claims and maintain proper supporting records. Assist with bank transactions, cash flow updates, and routine financial reconciliations. Support monthly payroll preparation and payment processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance records, filing, and documentation. Assist with basic financial reporting and other finance-related tasks as required. Administration Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Singapore office and ensure a smooth and well-organised working environment. Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners at the office, providing a professional and friendly front-desk experience. Manage office supplies, pantry items, inventory, and routine procurement. Arrange courier and logistics services, including DHL shipments and document deliveries. Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, fixed assets, and other general office requirements. Organise company lunches, team activities, staff events, and other office-related arrangements. Maintain proper filing and archiving of company documents, contracts, and administrative records. Provide general administrative and logistical support to different departments as needed. Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial administration. Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external parties. Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential financial and administrative information with discretion. Candidates with internship experience are encouraged to apply, including fresh graduates.
