Assistant Manager - Business Development

Varitronix is a LCD design and manufacturing company with manufacturing plants in China and sales offices worldwide (HKEX stock code: 710). We are inviting talented professionals to fill the vacancies in our organization to cope with our business development. Responsibilities: Drive business development activities for the Global Industrial market and achieve sales growth targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to expand account penetration and customer satisfaction. Manage key projects, including quotations, product procurement, quality issues, and customer visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, strategic customers, and internal stakeholders. Identify new market segments, potential clients, and business opportunities to support long-term growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends to maintain market competitiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and management updates as required. Requirements: Degree holder in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial business sector, preferably in engineering or manufacturing industries. Proven experience in business development, key account management, and project coordination. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and business development strategies. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
