About the job Our client is an established and expanding logistics company. They are currently seeking a highly capable logistics professional to take charge of their warehouse operations. In this role, you will focus purely on 3PL and warehouse management, driving continuous improvement and preparing the facility for future business expansion. Position Warehouse Manager Location : Tsuen Wan Job Responsibilities Oversee and manage the daily operations of the 3PL warehouse and logistics center (focusing purely on warehouse management, excluding international forwarding and trucking arrangements). Lead, motivate, and manage a growing team, with the goal of guiding office staff and warehouse operators in the near future. Spearhead the setup of new logistics centers and implement continuous operational improvement projects. Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient logistics workflows that meet company standards and client expectations. Plan and execute long-term strategies for warehouse space optimization and team development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a logistics company. Proven experience specifically in warehouse and logistics center management (a strong 3PL background is required). Hands-on experience in setting up logistics centers or driving warehouse improvement projects is highly preferred. Excellent leadership skills and maturity, capable of managing both administrative and frontline warehouse staff effectively. Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English ; knowledge of the Japanese language is a plus, though not mandatory.
