About the role We are seeking a Senior Project Officer to join our team. The role involves supporting senior management in organising institutional activities such as sports training, athletic events, and disability family education services, as well as handling related administrative and on-site matters. You will work across event planning, social media promotion, multimedia content creation, and public education outreach. Key responsibilities Assist senior management in organising institutional activities including sports training, athletic events, and disability family education services, and handle related administrative and on-site matters Manage daily operations of institutional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including promotional video editing, poster design, and activity promotion Assist senior management in processing project plans, reports, and daily administrative work Conduct public education and outreach activities at schools and communities to promote inclusive culture About you Diploma level or above 1-2 years or more of work experience (experience in serving people with disabilities, event planning, or training is preferred) Fluent Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin; good Chinese writing ability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in Canva, video editing software, and basic AI tools Familiar with operating and promoting on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Photography and photography skills will be given priority consideration Proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently Good communication skills and teamwork ability Passionate about promoting inclusive culture between people with and without disabilities and building an accessible society About us Hong Kong Inclusive Network's mission is to promote equal participation of people with disabilities in society and to promote and advocate for an inclusive culture.
