Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek At least 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role Experience with HR operations across the employee lifecycle , including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Ability to manage employee enquiries, HR correspondence, follow-ups, and appropriate escalations Ability to track HR metrics, prepare accurate reports, and analyze workforce trends Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, compliance standards, and government requirements Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to research HR best practices, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within HR and People & Culture teams Your Daily Tasks Provide proactive and timely support to the branch network across HR functions and generalist matters. Coordinate and draft HR correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle. Maintain HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, to a high standard. Maintain and support the delivery of HR programs across the employee lifecycle. Manage HR inboxes as the first point of contact, respond to general enquiries, and escalate matters as appropriate. Deliver accurate reports to branch stakeholders, the HR Team, Executive Team, and government. Identify, research, and propose continuous improvement opportunities based on HR best practices. Contribute to People & Culture projects and support strategy integration across all entities. Maintain HR administrative requirements, including police checks, benefits, and dashboard updates. Provide high-quality support to the HR Team and wider People & Culture teams across the group.
