Mobile Application Support (L2) - Contract

Our client is a leading insurance company in Thailand. Responsibilities: Provide Tier 2 support for mobile applications, including analyzing and resolving application-related issues Respond to support calls and remotely troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile applications Collaborate with Tier 1 support and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Perform routine operational tasks including dashboard creation and generation of user-requested reports Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure timely communication with users while maintaining a high standard of service quality Working schedule: 5 days per week, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Application Support roles Experience in team management is required for Lead-level positions Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems including iOS and Android Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage Good communication skills in both Thai and English Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to work effectively under pressure Flexible to work on non-weekend public holidays, with days off that may not fall on Saturday or Sunday Willing to provide standby or on-call support outside normal working hours Able to work under a renewable year-to-year contract arrangement
