Strategic HR Planning: : Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives. : Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement. : Ensure alignment of HR practices with company culture and values Talent Acquisition & Management: : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and orientation. : Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. : Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback. Employee Relations: : Foster positive employee relations and a strong company culture. : Address employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues effectively and fairly. : Investigate and address employee complaints and grievances. Compensation & Benefits: : Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs. : Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages. : Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Training & Development: : Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. : Conduct employee training sessions and workshops. : Oversee employee development programs and career advancement opportunities. Employee Engagement: : Plan, organize, monitor company-wide employee activities (Christmas parties, etc) including special events. Other Duties : Perform such other functions and/or tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time-to-time. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. ● 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. ● Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. ● Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
