We are looking for an Export Sales professional to join our client's team and drive business growth in international markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new overseas customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing the entire B2B sales process to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop new overseas customers and expand international markets. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts. Handle the complete B2B sales process from lead generation to closing. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Manage export documentation and shipping coordination. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts and achieve assigned sales targets. Attend customer meetings, business trips, and international exhibitions when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. 1–8+ years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, or B2B Sales. Experience in developing overseas markets and managing international customers. Good understanding of Export/Import procedures, Incoterms, and International Trade. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience in the Textile, Garment, Fashion, or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Junior candidates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
