About the role Develop and maintain cross-border logistics customers for China–Thailand import and export transportation, covering both road and sea freight, with a focus on cold chain solutions. Manage end-to-end cross-border shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring smooth and timely transportation. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-border logistics customers for China–Thailand import and export transportation, covering both road and sea freight, with a focus on cold chain solutions. Coordinate daily transportation operations, including truck and container bookings, refrigerated container arrangements, drayage, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment monitoring. Manage end-to-end cross-border shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring smooth and timely transportation. Review and verify shipping and customs documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements. Monitor shipment status and proactively coordinate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and exceptions. Provide timely shipment updates and professional customer support throughout the transportation process. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipment activities, and operational data. Prepare regular operational reports and monitor transportation performance, identifying areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to support long-term business growth. Qualifications : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Good in Chinese -Thai, or ( English - Thai will be considered) Able to read and process basic Chinese–Thai logistics and customs documentation. Experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, foreign trade, cross-border logistics, or related industries. Knowledge of international freight transportation, customs clearance, and international trade procedures. Experience in China–Thailand cross-border road or sea freight is highly preferred. Experience in cold chain logistics is an advantage. Experience handling fresh produce, perishable goods, or the durian industry will be a strong advantage. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
