About the role This role involves high-level technical lobbying and specification engineering with top-tier engineering consultancies, government planning committees, and industrial estate developers to institutionalize specific solutions into master plans. You will shift conversations from component pricing to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and lifecycle value, and drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding annual sales targets for GIS, MV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, and Substation projects. Key responsibilities Lead high-level technical lobbying with engineering consultancies, government planning committees, and industrial estate developers to institutionalize solutions into master plans Shift the conversation from component pricing to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and lifecycle value Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for GIS, MV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, and Substation projects Prospect and approach target customer segments, including EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and project owners Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat orders and maximize customer lifetime value Meet with consulting engineers and project owners to present solutions and secure brand placement on approved Vendor Lists or project specs Provide expert technical consultation, interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and review project specifications Coordinate with internal engineering teams and manufacturing plants to prepare Tender Documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and Technical/Commercial Proposals Lead commercial negotiations, manage contract terms, and handle risk assessments Close sales effectively to ensure high win rates and profitable margins About you Product and technical knowledge in GIS, SWGR, Transformer and substation systems
