Native English Teachers (Part Time) AUG1

About the role We are seeking energetic, result-driven Part Time Native English Teachers to join our team across three Hong Kong learning centres. In this role, you will deliver an exam-driven syllabus—including Cambridge English YLE, Phonics, and Creative Writing—to students aged 4 to 14. Your primary goal is to systematically guide students toward exam success while maintaining an engaging, high-energy classroom environment. Key responsibilities Teach Cambridge YLE, Phonics, and Creative Writing systematically to hit strict learning benchmarks Maintain precise, error-free records of student attendance, progress, and mock exam grades Write comprehensive, highly accurate student feedback reports and provide regular updates to parents Manage classroom dynamics effectively to keep learners focused and motivated Adapt provided materials and structure high-impact activities tailored to young learners Work alongside centre administrators to optimize student retention and learning experiences About you Native English Speaker (required) University degree holder PGDE (or current PGDE students) highly preferred Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Cambridge YLE English, Phonics, or at the Kindergarten or Primary school level Exceptional attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills High organizational ability Patient, resilient personality About us Little Oxbridge is one of the most trusted learning centres teaching English to children from age 3-12 (K1-P6).
