Senior Account Executive / Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to join our team and manage full-set accounts while supporting our project and manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth month-end closing, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective coordination of daily accounting activities, while also guiding junior team members. Responsibilities Handle full-set accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger, cash book, and fixed assets. Perform monthly accounts closing and bank reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and provisions. Assist in preparing management accounts and financial reports. Monitor customer collections and supplier payments. Support SST, audit, tax, and statutory requirements. Prepare financial analysis and other reports requested by management. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents. Take a leading role in the month-end closing process, review accounting schedules, and guide junior team members where required Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in full-set accounts and month-end closing. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Experience in manufacturing or project-based companies is an advantage. Knowledge of SST and audit requirements. Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in reviewing accounts, preparing management reports, and supervising or guiding accounting staff will be an advantage.
