Supply Chain Leader

Employee’s duties will include, but not be limited to: Supply Chain & Stock Management: Overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Managing stock levels, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and preventing out-of-stock (OOS) situations through proactive forecasting. Conducting regular inventory cycle counts, stock takes, and reconciling discrepancies to ensure data integrity in the management system. Import & Logistics Coordination: Importing food-related products from overseas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Processing and verifying import documentation for shipments into Hong Kong, including customs declarations post-arrival. Negotiating with forwarders to secure competitive shipping rates and optimal delivery terms (Incoterms). Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to streamline operations. Warehouse & Quality Control: Monitoring warehouse service quality, asset utilization, and operational efficiency. Tracking product expiration dates and coordinating with sales and management to prioritize near-expiry stock. Assisting the warehouse team with ad hoc tasks, such as unloading shipments and processing daily sales orders when required. Additional Responsibilities: Performing ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs, including data entry, report generation, and process improvements.
