Bulky Operations and Quality Management

Job Description: Manage 20KG+ large parcel operations, including pickup, delivery, handling, and end-to-end operational performance. Monitor customer complaints, damage cases, claims, and corrective actions to improve service quality and customer experience. Plan and optimize manpower, vehicle utilization, operational costs, and resources to improve productivity and efficiency. Monitor operational timeliness, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement operational standards for loading, unloading, sorting, delivery, and large parcel handling. Improve service point capabilities, site layout, facilities, tools, and operational workflows, including 6S compliance. Develop and standardize capabilities for upstairs, home furnishing, and two-person delivery services. Prepare performance reports, monitor monthly KPIs, manage related cost accruals, and support other ad-hoc assignments as required. Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or large parcel operations, with more than 2 years of experience. Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and reporting analysis. Able to work under pressure and manage operational improvements effectively.
