Flexibility: Benefit from flexible working hours and remote work options. Your Responsibilities: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Your duties include: Handling shipping documents (BL, PL, invoices, FTA forms) and coordinating customs clearance with agents. Issuing shipping and billing documents to customers and ensuring regulatory compliance. Managing product import and warehousing licenses with Thai authorities (e.g., DLD, FDA, DIW). Collaborating with Thai customs, freight forwarders, and other regulatory bodies. Coordinating logistics for import shipments and local transportation from warehouses. Communicating with suppliers and customers to manage shipments, including overseas orders. Handling freight inquiries, transport damage claims, and logistics provider invoices. Overseeing warehouse inventory management and annual audits. Optimizing the supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction, including handling complaints. Acting as the interface between internal departments, suppliers, customers, and service providers. Managing sample dispatch, data maintenance, and credit control. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should have: A strong background in logistics , with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. Education or a university diploma in logistics, warehousing, or a related field. Solid knowledge of import/export operations, customs clearance, and dangerous goods logistics. Experience with regulatory processes involving Thai authorities such as the FDA. Fluency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension). A structured, independent, and results-oriented work ethic with a proactive mindset. A strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills. GDP Experience is an advantage Basic familiarity with QuickBooks ERP software (an advantage but not required). Why Join Us?
