Job Description Provide L3 operational ownership for network security services across data center and enterprise environments Lead resolution of complex, high-impact incidents, acting as the senior technical escalation point Drive thorough root cause analysis and implement preventive actions Support major incident response, including vendor escalation and technical coordination Ensure services meet strict availability, resilience, and security standards Execute and review high-risk changes with proper impact analysis and rollback planning Identify operational, security, and configuration risks and drive remediation Support internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews with technical evidence Act as a senior escalation point for Cisco Data Center technologies (including ACI fabric design, policy modelling, fault isolation) Work with Cisco Catalyst 29xx/3xxx/4900/6500/4500-X L2/L3 switch platforms Handle Cisco Data Center switching (EVPN/VXLAN, automation, HA architectures) Manage advanced routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, VRFs, segmentation, redundancy patterns) Troubleshoot complex traffic flows across multi-tier, segmented environments Provide operational support for Cisco ISE (NAC, authentication, authorization, policy enforcement) Lead operational support for Fortinet stack: FortiGate firewalls (policy design, HA, VPN, advanced inspection), FortiManager (centralized policy governance and compliance enforcement), and FortiAnalyzer (logging, alerting, regulatory reporting, forensic investigations) Provide APAC business hours support onsite Participate in L3 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends Support planned maintenance and major incident response Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred) 8–10 years of overall experience 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in L3 network security operations Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Data Center technologies (including ACI) Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-domain issues under pressure in customer-facing environments Proven support experience in banking, financial services, or regulated environments Good knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management Excellent troubleshooting skills in high-availability, mission-critical systems Clear communication with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders Advanced enterprise routing and switching (Catalyst and Nexus Switching) Cisco Enterprise routers and switches (ISR and ASR) FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer in production banking environments H3C switches and Arista switches (nice to have) ITIL Foundation or higher (preferred) Cisco and/or Fortinet certifications (preferred) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
