Sales Executive – Pet Shops (Bangkok) What You’ll Do Grow Sales & Customer Accounts Manage and grow assigned pet shop accounts in Bangkok. Achieve agreed monthly sales targets. Follow up with customers and ask for reorders at the right time. Recommend suitable products and quantities based on each store’s needs. Introduce additional products where there is a good sales opportunity. Develop new independent pet shop customers. Reconnect with selected inactive accounts. Support Stores & Product Sell-Through Visit stores and check product stock and movement. Explain product benefits to shop owners and store staff. Support product visibility and appropriate placement in stores. Help customers maintain suitable stock levels without unnecessary overstock. Gather useful feedback from retailers and communicate market issues to the company. Manage Your Territory Plan weekly customer visits and follow-ups. Prioritize customers based on sales opportunity and business needs. Use store visits, phone, and LINE appropriately to maintain customer relationships. Keep clear records of customer discussions, results, and next actions. Follow up consistently until sales opportunities or customer issues are resolved. Coordinate With the Team Work with sales operations, finance, and other internal teams to support customers. Follow up professionally on customer payments when required. Communicate customer issues clearly and help move them toward resolution. What We’re Looking For Required At least 2 years of field-sales experience , preferably in FMCG, retail, consumer products, or related industries. Comfortable visiting customers and managing accounts independently. Confident speaking with shop owners, buyers, and store staff. Able to ask for orders, follow up consistently, and work toward sales targets. Organized and able to manage multiple customer follow-ups. Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Comfortable working independently in the field. Nice to Have Experience selling to independent retail stores. Experience in pet products, FMCG, beauty, healthcare, food, household products, or other consumer categories. Experience opening new accounts or growing underperforming customers. Experience with premium or specialty products. Familiarity with CRM or sales-management systems. Pet-industry experience is welcome but not required . Product and company-specific training will be provided.
