International Wine & Spirit Company Off Trade / Key Accounts Well-established company Client Details An established and fast-growing wine & beverage business is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive its Off Trade channel development across Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional with strong experience in the wine and spirits industry and an existing network within key retail accounts. Description Develop and expand business opportunities across Off Trade channels, including supermarket chains, convenience stores, discounters, liquor stores, and other key retail accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and decision-makers within major retail customers. Lead commercial negotiations and trading discussions to maximize sales growth, profitability, and market share. Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activation initiatives. Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve distribution, revenue, and volume targets. Review sales performance reports, analyze market and customer data, and provide strategic recommendations for business growth. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities. Manage and optimize A&P investment and promotional budgets to ensure alignment between business objectives and commercial returns. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 to 7 years of sales experience within the Wine & Spirits, FMCG, or Beverage industry. Proven experience managing major Off Trade accounts, including supermarket chains, convenience retail, liquor specialists, and other key retail channels. Established network and strong relationships with key account buyers would be a distinct advantage. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated track record in driving sales growth, executing successful trade promotions, and achieving commercial targets. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and strong analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
