Receiving and Shipping Clerk

About the role We are seeking a Receiving and Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse operations team at Spectrum Sourcing Hong Kong Limited' in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. This full-time role is responsible for efficiently managing the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments. What you'll be doing Receiving and inspecting incoming goods, verifying shipment details against purchase orders and other documentation Accurately recording the receipt of goods in our inventory management system Preparing outgoing shipments, including selecting, packing, labeling and documenting orders for dispatch Maintaining the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse to support efficient operations Collaborating with other warehouse and logistics team members to ensure a smooth flow of goods Adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards What we're looking for Prior experience as a Receiving and Shipping Clerk or in a similar warehousing/logistics role Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy to ensure precise inventory management Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other team members A proactive and problem-solving mindset to identify and address any operational issues Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods What we offer At Spectrum Sourcing Hong Kong Limited', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
