Key Responsibilities Manage the sales of machinery, equipment, chemicals and related products across the manufacturing, construction, and resources industries. Analyze sales data and market insights to develop and execute sales strategies, set sales targets, and lead the sales team to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to drive sales growth and ensure profitability. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Sales Management, Key Account Management, or a similar sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales performance and leading high-performing teams. Proven experience in managing clients, key accounts, and stakeholder relationships across multiple levels. Experience in B2B sales, particularly within the machinery, equipment, chemicals, engineering, or industrial products sectors, will be a strong advantage. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to senior management and C-level executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. Willing and able to travel extensively across the country as required.
