Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities: Developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust EHS management system to ensure full compliance with all local regulations, national laws, and international standards Waste Management Expert, overseeing all aspects of waste handling, disposal, reduction, and compliance within the Free Zone operation, ensuring environmental stewardship and operational excellence Work with EHS team and the management to establish EHS Action Plan and Road map. Co-ordinate and set the meeting of management level to review and discuss the EHS standard, guidelines, ground rules and other EHS standard. Assist EMR, OHSMR, EnMR to establish, implement, monitor and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standard system. Perform EHS Gemba Walk audit and inspection new machine, equipment and process pre-installation and buy-off. Ensure all EHS issues and practices in the Company are in line of standard and in Compliance. Implement Pollution Prevention plan, Waste minimization program, Clean Technology to serve Environment management by coordinating with concern parties. Prepare and submit all EHS reporting for legal compliance, corporate and customers requirement. Perform hazard risk assessment, environment aspect for all operations, processes, and projects, ensuring risks are controlled and minimized Perform other tasks assigned by EHS&S Dept. Senior Manager. Qualifications and Work Experience: B.Sc. OHS or B. Eng with qualified safety officer Prof. Level by MOL. Minimum 10 years experience for EHS working in manufacturing environment with at least 5 years experience in implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standard system. Working experience with electronics manufacturing or related business (company size 1000++ total employees) Strong knowledge in international EHS standard, Thailand EHS regulation. Good interpersonal skill and highly leadership.High dynamic, Can do both management job and front line job, Fast Act Can Do Attitude, Sense of Urgency, Multiples issues handle ability.
