(Senior) Operations Executive - Dry Bulk

Responsibilities • Manage the operation of owned and/or chartered vessels, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of time charters and/or voyage charters. • Arrange owner-related port services, review port agency disbursement accounts, and analyze the profit and loss (P&L) of each vessel voyage. • Issue operational instructions to the vessel’s master in accordance with the charter party, and maintain accurate calculations of hire statements, freight payments, and laytime, as well as negotiation and documentation of off-hire claims, disputes, and performance issues. • Review, verify, and archive shipping-related documents, and ensure all records are properly maintained in the system as required. 崗位職責： • 負責公司自有船舶或者期租船的運營操作，協調租家/貨主、代理、供應商及其他相關方，保證船舶快速運轉及順利执行； • 選擇優質的供應商和代理進行合作，處理港口代理相關費用，核算船舶航次執行效益，確保利潤的最大化； • 根據租船合同向船長發出操作指令，並準確計算租金賬單、運費支付及裝卸時間，同時負責停租索賠、爭議等問題的談判及文件處理。 • 負責船舶有關的海運單證的審核，校對及內部系統歸檔事宜。 Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above in International Shipping, Transportation Management, Maritime Law, International Trade, or Logistics Management (preferred); • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role, with solid experience in Time Charters, Time-Charter-Trips, and Voyage Charters vessels. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the Senior Operations Executive position. Fresh graduates will also be considered. • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English (verbal and written) for effective communication with international agents and suppliers. • Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure 任職要求： • 本科及以上學歷，國際航運/交通管理/海商法/國際貿易/物流管理等專業優先； • 至少3年以上相關工作經驗，須有TC/TCT及VC幹散貨航綫操作經驗，經驗豐富可獲考慮受聘為高級航線操作主管，優秀畢業生也可被考慮； • 流利普通話與英文，能與國內外代理以及供應商進行中文和英文的口頭書面溝通； • 良好的溝通表達能力及抗壓能力。
