Project Manager

Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager who owns end-to-end delivery of AI and software projects — from scoping and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. The ideal candidate has strong core project management skills, a solid command of the software delivery lifecycle, and hands-on experience running projects to completion. Experience working according to ISO/IEC 29110 would be a great advantage. Experience as a PM/PO on chatbot or conversational AI projects is a welcome alternative track. Key Responsibilities ● Create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. ● Manage and drive project management activities to ensure that cross-functional projects are efficiently delivered on time. ● Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope. ● Keep the project team well informed of project changes and general corporate news that affects daily operations. ● Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. ● Assist with proposal efforts including project scoping, level-of-effort assessments, TOR preparation, budgeting, and project plan development. ● Liaise with clients and team members to update project progress and remove any blockers. ● Apply a structured delivery process across the full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. ● Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project. Required Qualifications ● Minimum of B.Sc. or B.Eng. in science and engineering or a related field. ● At least 5 years of work experience, with 2+ years in Project Management or Software Consulting. ● Strong, hands-on project management skills with direct experience running projects from start to completion. ● Solid understanding of the software project delivery process and lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. ● Strong experience in government project management, with at least one project involved from start to completion. ● Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to negotiate and problem-solve. ● Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently. ● Strong oral and written communication skills in Thai and English. ● Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel. ● Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. ● Highly motivated and working well in a cross-disciplinary team. ● Self-starter with a growth mindset. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience working according to ISO/IEC 29110 would be a great advantage; a related certification is a plus. ● Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner on chatbot or conversational AI projects. ● Familiarity with AI/software product delivery and working alongside data, engineering, and design teams.
