Position Summary The HR Client Service Partner is responsible for managing assigned client accounts and outsourced workforce projects, ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to meet operational and business objectives. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively resolves issues, and ensures high levels of client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and maintain strong business relationships. Understand clients' business requirements and provide appropriate workforce solutions. Conduct regular client meetings to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities. Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Project & Operations Management Manage assigned outsourcing and staffing projects from onboarding through daily operations. Coordinate with Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor service quality, project performance, and contractual commitments. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Complaint Handling & Problem Solving Handle client complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions. Investigate operational issues and identify root causes. Develop preventive and corrective action plans. Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining positive client relationships. HR & Employee Management Provide basic HR consultation related to employment, labor practices, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employment documentation. Support employee relations and resolve workforce issues in collaboration with HR specialists. Ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies. Reporting & Administration Prepare operational reports, KPI reports, and client presentations. Analyze project performance and recommend service improvements. Maintain accurate client and employee records. Support contract renewals, service reviews, and business development initiatives when required. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Service, Account Management, HR Operations, Staffing, Outsourcing, Recruitment, or related industries. Experience managing corporate clients is highly preferred. Experience in workforce outsourcing or staffing business is an advantage. Knowledge Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices. Basic understanding of Thai Labor Law. Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and workforce management is preferred. Skills & Competencies Excellent client relationship management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience handling customer complaints professionally. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good command of both Thai and English.
