Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team at Wahlstedt Quality Homes. We're looking for someone who has experience in construction supervision and shares our same passion for building quality homes. A successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast paced team environment. Responsibilities/attributes include and are not limited to the following: Supervise day-to-day site operations across multiple residential construction projects Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule and safely Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management Collaborate effectively with colleagues throughout the design stage as well as during construction Closely monitor project timelines and maintain quality control to uphold our high standards This position offers a competitive remuneration package with the inclusion of a work vehicle and phone.
