Sales Executive (Russian Language) Location: Phuket, Thailand Salary: 25,000 + Commission Job Summary We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can communicate in Russian to join our team. You'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with Russian-speaking clients, and visit potential customers on-site to drive sales of our travel Visa card product. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers, with a focus on Russian-speaking clients Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present the travel Visa card product Build and maintain long-term client relationships Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients in Russian, English, and Thai Prepare proposals, applications, and contracts; negotiate and close deals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support Monitor market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Able to communicate in Russian, with working proficiency in Thai and English 1–3 years of sales experience (financial products or travel industry a plus) Willing to travel locally for client visits Strong communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and target-driven Own vehicle and driver's license preferred What We Offer Base salary 25,000 + commission Travel allowance Health insurance and standard benefits
