About the Role Kurri Kurri Bowling Club is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Bowls Administrator to support the coordination, promotion and growth of the Club’s bowls programs. This varied role will see you working closely with members, bowls committees, volunteers, visiting clubs and bowls associations to ensure competitions, events and administrative activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Manage bowls bookings, enquiries, registrations and competition administration. Coordinate bowls competitions, tournaments, social events and other sporting activities. Arrange travel, accommodation and related requirements for bowls teams and representatives. Maintain bowls calendars, records and member communications. Liaise with members, visiting clubs, bowls associations and other stakeholders. Provide administrative support to bowls committees, including coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence and action items. About You You are proactive, approachable and organised, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You enjoy working with people and are comfortable managing a range of tasks and priorities. Ideally, you will have: Experience in sports administration, hospitality, community organisations or a membership-based environment. Strong administration, planning and organisational skills. Experience coordinating events, programs or community activities. Strong computer skills and confidence using digital communication platforms. A current RSA, RCG and driver licence, or willingness to obtain them. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
