About the role Advise management on legal compliance with occupational safety, health, and environment (SHE) regulations Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and job hazard analysis (JHA); propose preventive measures and safe work procedures Audit workplace operations and monitor adherence to safety plans, standards, and internal regulations Deliver safety training and coaching to employees at all levels Investigate workplace accidents and incidents; analyze root causes and submit reports with corrective action recommendations Collect safety statistics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement of the organization's safety management system Perform work environment measurements in coordination with DLPW-accredited agencies as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field Valid Professional Safety Officer license Strong communication, coordination, and audit facilitation skills Proficient in data collection, documentation, and analysis Experience with ISO management systems is a strong advantage Must be able to work on-site at Sathorn area
