Network Support

About the role E.C. Fix Technology Limited is seeking a dedicated Network Support professional to join our growing technical team on a full-time basis , based in North Point, Eastern District . This role is essential to maintaining the stability and performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring our organisation and clients continue to operate efficiently. You will be at the forefront of our technical operations, providing critical support to keep our systems running smoothly and resolving issues that impact our business continuity. What you'll be doing Monitor network performance and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues proactively Provide technical support to end-users experiencing network connectivity and system-related problems Troubleshoot network hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and systems Document network issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records of support tickets Collaborate with other IT team members to implement network upgrades and improvements Perform routine network maintenance tasks and security updates Support the deployment and configuration of network services and applications Respond to escalated technical issues and provide second-level support when required What we're looking for Relevant qualifications or certifications in networking or IT support, such as CompTIA Network+ or equivalent experience Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and diagnostics Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems Experience supporting network infrastructure in a professional environment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux operating systems Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Knowledge of network security best practices and data protection principles What we offer At E.C.
