About the role The successful applicants will be involved in a variety of civil construction projects, operating plant equipment and undertaking drainage installation works across the South West region. Key responsibilities Operate excavators, loaders, rollers, and other civil construction plant safely and efficiently. Install stormwater, sewer, and drainage infrastructure. Carry out trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and compaction works. Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of machinery. Work effectively with supervisors and crew members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards. About you Current Construction White Card. Current Driver's Licence (HR Licence advantageous). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
