Invitation is extended to qualified candidates to apply for the post of Executive Assistant with the following attributes: Key Responsibilities: · Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives; · Assist with content writing and editing, event management, publications, and updates for website and social media channels, as well as coordinate external liaison to implement innovative educational initiatives; · Process and manage accounting data and maintain the membership database; · Provide secretarial support for meetings, including preparing documents, writing minutes, and compiling reports; · Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: · A recognised Bachelor’s Degree; · 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience is preferred, such as in administration, communications, marketing, event and project management, or related functions; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; · Proficiency in practical accounting tasks, and hands-on experience in database management; · Knowledge of common computer applications; Experience in multimedia design software and the ability to adapt to A.I. tools would be an advantage; · A mature, independent, and responsible individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, eager to learn and embrace new challenges; · A strong interest in pursuing a career in the education sector.
