Job Summary The Assistant Manager - Sales Key Account is responsible for managing and developing assigned key accounts within the Chemical and other industrial sectors (excluding Automotive). The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leading tender and quotation activities, and supporting the retention and growth of existing business. This position works closely with internal operations teams to deliver effective logistics solutions and achieve customer and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Act as the primary contact for customers on commercial matters, service performance, and issue resolution. Prepare and coordinate RFI, RFP, RFQ, quotations, and contract renewals in collaboration with internal teams. Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue within existing customer accounts. Work with operations teams to develop and implement logistics solutions that meet customer requirements. Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen relationships and gather feedback. Monitor account performance and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Coordinate the successful implementation of new projects and service enhancements for assigned accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development within logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain businesses. Experience in Chemical or Industrial customer management is an advantage. Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and logistics solutions, with experience in pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations. Strong customer relationship management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
