What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and energetic Export Sales / International Sales professional who is confident in communicating with international customers, has strong coordination and problem-solving skills, and is capable of managing the entire sales and export process from customer inquiry to final delivery. Candidates who are passionate about international business, enjoy working with people from different cultures, and are willing to travel internationally are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Develop and expand overseas customer base, including both new and existing customers. Communicate and build strong relationships with international customers through email, online meetings, phone calls, and other communication channels. Present and promote company products/services to overseas customers and identify new business opportunities. Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries and purchase orders, and manage the sales process from initial contact through order completion. Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Production, Logistics, and Accounting, to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery. Prepare and coordinate export-related documents, such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, shipping documents, and other relevant export documentation. Monitor shipment status and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve any issues that may occur during the export and delivery process. Participate in domestic and international trade shows, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business negotiations when required. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners. Perform other sales and business development activities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Experience in Export Sales, International Sales, Overseas Sales, Sales Coordination, or a related position will be highly advantageous. Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers. Good negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience or knowledge in export procedures, shipping processes, and related documentation is preferred. Experience in exporting consumer goods or cosmetic products will be an advantage. Strong coordination, problem-solving, follow-up, and organizational skills. Proactive, responsible, energetic, and able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of Microsoft Office and general business systems. Physically fit and able to travel internationally for business purposes, including handling personal luggage or work-related equipment during business trips. Professional appearance, confident personality, and good interpersonal skills. Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
