Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute procurement support activities to ensure smooth purchasing operations. - Build and maintain proactive commercial relationships with suppliers, managing requests, quotations, and purchasing requirements. - Identify potential procurement issues and opportunities, and recommend effective solutions. - Participate in global procurement meetings and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives. - Collaborate closely with Procurement, Product Development, and Quality Assurance teams to support business objectives. - Source new raw materials and ingredients to support product development projects. - Manage the introduction and qualification of new raw materials and packaging materials. - Support Application and R&D teams by identifying and sourcing innovative products and ingredients. - Assist with procurement projects and initiatives assigned by the Purchasing Department in HQ. - Process Goods Receipt (GR) and MIGO transactions in SAP for raw materials and related purchases. - Support and comply with ISO Quality Management System requirements and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in the food industry, preferably with exposure to food ingredients and raw materials sourcing. - Strong command of English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures. - Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI. Experience working with European business culture and international stakeholders is an advantage. - Familiarity with SAP, particularly Goods Receipt (GR) and MIGO transactions, is preferred. - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenges professionally in a fast-paced environment.
