Logistics Officer (Import)

Job Responsibilities Coordinate shipping schedule, routes with transportation companies to meet project requirements as well as ensure that goods arrive on time without damage. Review shipping documents and information to agent/freight forwarder for freight arrangement. Co-ordinate with courier, freight forwarder, power plants, BOI and related parties to prepare paperwork, identify exemptions and arrange for import or export customs clearance until arrival to final destination. Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy prior shipment. Harmonized System (HS code) control for import/export. Provide logistics solutions with project implementation for project team. Monitor and Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries. Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule. Work closely with warehouse team for incoming, outgoing equipment, material Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business administration, or Transportation; Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or in a related field Knowledge of logistics systems, Transportation limitations and regulations Minimum 2 years of experience in logistic or supply chain management Sourcing and Supplier Selection/Management Expertise in material control and logistics planning, as well as supplier and service management Forecasting and planning, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score). Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
