Our client is a global technology company specializing in automotive electronics and connected car technologies. Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, delivery, and customer consignment activities. Manage and develop Warehouse and Logistics Support teams, including manpower planning, training, performance management, and capability development. Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain the integrity of SAP transactions across all warehouse operations. Oversee logistics support activities, including in-house rework, packing, customs clearance, transportation coordination, and on-time delivery. Drive warehouse and logistics process improvements, including warehouse layout, material flow, packaging, inventory optimisation, and logistics cost reduction. Apply Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Manage and optimise warehouse automation and material handling systems, including ASRS, Kardex, VNA, AGV, and AMR solutions. Ensure compliance with FIFO requirements, inventory control procedures, customs regulations, VAT requirements, and BOI privileges. Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement corrective actions where required. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy, delivery performance, operational efficiency, and overall logistics effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Experience working in high-volume automotive, electronics, or manufacturing environments with large-scale warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, material flow, logistics operations, and SAP. Experience with warehouse automation and material handling systems such as ASRS, Kardex, VNA, AGV, or AMR is an advantage. Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import duties, VAT, and BOI requirements and privileges. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and managing warehouse and logistics teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple functions. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
